Ingredients
- Plums (yellow) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
- Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.
Pass the fruit through a meat grinder or chop it in a blender.
Add sugar, stir and leave for 3-4 hours.
Bring to a boil over low heat, add citric acid and boil for 5 minutes.
Put the hot jam in sterilized jars, roll it up and leave it warm for a day.
