Finely chop the chicken fillet, chop the onion and mix. Season and put in a mold.

Lightly pour cream over the chicken and arrange the sliced potatoes.

Pour in the remaining cream and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

Put a sprig of thyme or other aromatic herbs on top.

Cook the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
