Any salad, if desired, can be served in lavash. For example, Olivier. This is a very convenient option if you do not need a large common salad bowl, but neat portion snacks. The most important thing here is fine slicing, due to which the roll keeps its shape.

Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate them.

Boil the potatoes and carrots, and let cool.

Cut all the ingredients for the Olivier into very small cubes, mix with the eggs. Sausage and cucumbers, if desired, can be cut into thin strips.

Smear two sheets of lavash with mayonnaise.

Season the remaining mayonnaise with Olivier, put the salad on top of the pita bread and roll up a tight roll.

Wrap the roll in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
