Salad &171;Capercaillie's nest&187; with chicken and processed cheese
Salad "Capercaillie's nest" I cook for almost every holiday. It is simple and delicious, looks very impressive and does not require special products. And children also like crispy potatoes. Try this recipe!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Quail Eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled fillet and cucumbers into small cubes.
Grate the processed cheese on a grater. To make it more convenient, pre-put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Purple onion, chicken eggs, peel and chop.
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a grater for Korean carrots.
Fry the potatoes in a hot frying pan with oil for 5-7 minutes.
Put it on a paper napkin, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
Mix fillets, chicken eggs, onions, melted cheese and cucumbers. Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Put the salad on a serving plate, sprinkle fried potatoes on top.
Make a small recess in the center and lay out the peeled quail eggs. If desired, the salad can be decorated with herbs.
