Never cooked salads with sprats? Start your acquaintance with this simple recipe. Boil the vegetables, mash the fish with a fork and lay out all the layers. Remove the finished dish for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator so that the ingredients are thoroughly soaked.
Ingredients
- Sprats (canned) – 240 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Green peas (canned) – half a can
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the peeled carrots and potatoes.
Peel the eggs, divide into whites and yolks.
Cut the whites into cubes, grate the yolks.
Remove the sprats from the jar and mash with a fork.
Lay out layers of potatoes, sprats, carrots, peas and proteins. After each layer, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with yolks and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
