Ingredients
- Spinach - 150 g
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 200 g
- Arugula - 10 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the champignons, slice and fry in olive oil for 10 minutes. Try not to over-dry them, it is necessary to preserve the juiciness.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into long pieces.
Put spinach leaves on a plate, arrange tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, chicken and arugula sprigs.
Add salt and ground black pepper. Pour soy sauce over the salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
