A great salad when you want something interesting, but there is no time at all. The unusual taste is provided by a large number of ingredients – tuna, arugula, mushrooms, string beans and corn. But at the same time, none of them need to be cooked for a long time.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Cucumbers - 0.5 pieces
- Champignons - 3-5 pieces
- Arugula - 30 g
- Salad mix - 30 g
- Corn - 50 g
- String beans - 60 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the string beans until soft – about 4-5 minutes.
Wash all the greens, vegetables and mushrooms, and peel the mushrooms.
Cut the champignons into plates, cucumber into halves of circles, and pepper into straws.
Mix all the ingredients except the tuna and put it on a plate. Mix olive oil, balsamic and spices, and season the salad.
Mash the tuna with a fork and put it on top.
