Did you find a can of canned tuna in the refrigerator? Cook the red beans, add some fresh vegetables and you will have an excellent salad. This recipe helps out a lot when you want to cook a hearty dish without meat.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Red Beans (dry) – 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Lettuce - 4 leaf
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the tuna fillet from the jar and mash it with a fork.
Wash the beans, pour cold water and cook until tender over low heat.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, tear salad leaves with your hands.
Lightly dry the sesame seeds in a frying pan.
Mix tomatoes, lettuce leaves, tuna, beans and sesame seeds.
Add ground pepper, salt and oil.
