Ingredients
- Red Fish - 250 g
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Cucumbers (medium) – 3 pieces
- Spinach (baby) – 100 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Tabasco - a couple of drops
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the red fish and dry it with paper towels.
Rub the fish with salt, sprinkle with lime juice and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Separately mix soy sauce, olive oil, tabasco and garlic passed through a press.
Slice cucumbers, peeled avocado and fried fish.
Mix spinach, avocado, cucumbers and fish.
Add salt, ground pepper and prepared dressing. The finished salad can be decorated with herbs, lemon slices or sprouts.
