Ingredients
- Squid - 3 carcasses
- Cucumbers (fresh) – 2 pieces
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Green peas (canned) – half a bank
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put it on a plate to cool.
Slice the cooled squid, cucumbers and Peking cabbage.
Rinse the green peas under running water.
Mix cabbage, squid, peas and cucumbers.
Add salt, vegetable oil and mix gently.
