The advantages of cooking chicken fillet on the grill are obvious: so much less fat is used, and meat retains much more useful substances. This is especially important if you follow a diet, cook for children, or just watch your diet. A little greens and vegetables – and an amazing healthy salad is ready.
Ingredients
- Salad mix (any leafy greens) – 180 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 120 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the chicken, rub it with salt and pepper, and grill on both sides for about 10-15 minutes.
Cut the cherry into quarters, and the cucumbers into halves from the circles.
Wash the greens, randomly slice the chicken fillet and put the ingredients on plates.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad and drizzle with olive and sesame oil.
