There are a lot of variations of Turkish salads with beans – this is a local classic, and each hostess has her own secret. Today I want to share with you another interesting interpretation. This time with the addition of celery in addition to the traditional ingredients.
Ingredients
- Beans - 1 glass
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Celery - 2 stems
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 6 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the beans overnight and boil until soft. This is the longest stage.
Chop the peppers, celery and gherkins very finely.
Chop the greens, add onion or garlic if desired.
Mix the salad and season with olive oil.
