Instead of boring jelly, prepare a chicken roll in a bottle with gelatin. I cook it from hams and fillets. If you like it fatter, add a little bacon or salted bacon. For convenience, I recommend using bottles with a wide neck.
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 1 kg
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Gelatin - 50 g
- Water - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the chicken fillet and ham in a saucepan.
Add water, spices, salt and cook for 30 minutes. During the cooking process, be sure to remove the dirty foam.
Separate the meat from the bone and finely chop.
Mix gelatin with a small amount of cold water and set aside for 15 minutes.
Strain the broth, add the stock with gelatin and mix.
Put the meat in a bottle and pour the broth. Close the lid and shake well.
Cool the workpiece and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Carefully cut the bottle, take out the roll and cut into portions.
