Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into thin cubes like French fries.
Put it in a deep bowl, cover with spices and crushed garlic, and add oil. Mix thoroughly.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and arrange the pumpkin slices so that they do not touch.
Put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees, and then increase the temperature to 200 and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve pumpkin sticks with your favorite sauce.
