According to tradition, there is always fish in the poke, and I suggest not to deviate from it. My favorite recipe is such a bright and colorful poke with salmon. Then I'll tell you more about everything. But remember that you can always change or supplement it to your taste.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.3 tsp.
- Salmon - 200 g
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Algae (chuka) – 120 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Radish - 4 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Beans (green) – 3-4 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 40 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions and season it with vinegar, sugar and salt.
Slice the salmon. Thinly slice the avocado and radish. Cut the cherry into slices.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with soy or other sauce to taste.
