Ingredients
- Water - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flax Seeds - 3 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 225 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix and sift all the dry ingredients. Add flax seeds.
Pour in vegetable oil and water, knead the dough quickly, wrap in cling film and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough thinly, cut into crackers and bake on parchment in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees.
