Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
For Guacamole:
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Onion - 20 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Sea salt - 1 pinch
- Cilantro - 2-3 twigs
For pesto:
- Basil - 30 g
- Parsley - 10 g
- Parmesan - 40 g
- Pine nuts - 40 g
- Garlic - 2 of the clove
- Sea salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 80 ml
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind all the ingredients for the pesto in a blender.
Separately grind all the ingredients for guacamole in a blender until smooth.
Dry the slices of bread in a frying pan. Grease the pesto and lay out the guacamole.
Put cherry slices on top and some more pesto.
