Ingredients
- Pork - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 120 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until soft.
Finely chop the pork, add it to the same place and fry until tender.
Pour in the sour cream, season and simmer for 5 minutes.
Put in molds, cover with grated cheese and bake Julienne 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
