- Scallops - 200 g
- Shallots - half
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Parsley - 1 twig
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0,3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the scallops, parsley and shallots.
Mix all the ingredients, add butter, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger and salt.
Pour in the orange and lemon juices, mix.
Put the scallop tartare on a plate and serve.
