Ingredients
- String beans - 300 g
- Water (for marinade) – 100 ml
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Vinegar (9%) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the beans and boil in boiling water until soft. Fresh is cooked for 15-20 minutes, frozen for 10 minutes.
Remove the tails, chop coarsely and transfer the beans to a saucepan or container.
Send the chopped parsley there as well.
Mix water, oil, mustard, sugar, salt, vinegar, pepper and crushed garlic.
Pour the string beans with marinade, mix and leave for a day in the refrigerator.
