Ingredients
- Bun (for hot dogs) – 4 pieces
- Hunting sausages - 4 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Starch - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Butter - 40 g
- Mustard - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk, finely chop, rinse and put on a paper towel.
Mix starch, ground pepper, salt, suneli hops and onion.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Put the finished onion on a fresh paper towel to remove excess oil.
Fry the hunting sausages in butter in a separate frying pan.
Cut the pickles into thin slices.
Make a deep incision on the bun. Such that one side remains intact.
Brush mustard inside the bun, put the sausages and add fried onions. Repeat the procedure with the remaining buns and filling.
