- Sprats (canned) – 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dill - a couple of twigs
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Open the jar with sprats and drain two thirds of the oil.
Peel the eggs and onions, cut into large pieces.
Put dill, eggs, cream cheese, onion and sprats with the remaining butter in a blender bowl.
Pour in the lemon juice and grind until smooth.
Add spices and salt to taste and mix well.
