Want to try a new Korean carrot recipe? Surely you haven't cooked it with orange juice yet. The snack turns out to be very juicy and moderately spicy. Put the carrots on the festive table and the guests will admire them until the end of the party!
Ingredients
- Carrots - 600 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 40 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a special grater.
Add sugar, salt, mix and set aside for 15 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it into the carrots.
Add ginger, black pepper, garlic passed through the press, orange and lemon juice.
Stir, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
