If you have some free time, be sure to try this recipe. Fluffy pancakes with yeast are prepared simply, they always turn out delicious and beautiful. I like to serve them with garlic, cheese or sour cream sauce.
Ingredients
- Flour - 350 g
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Young zucchini - 300 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm milk, yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Remove to a warm place for 10 minutes.
Peel and grate the zucchini.
Mix the zucchini, salt, ground pepper, eggs, sourdough and the remaining flour.
Spoon small islands of dough into a hot frying pan with oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Put the finished pancakes on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
