Forshmak with pickled mushrooms is a very non–standard solution, but you will definitely like it if you like different pickles and marinades. The snack acquires an even more unusual and piquant taste. Especially if you use spicy herring.
Ingredients
- Herring (fillet) – 500 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 120 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- White bread - 2 slices
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the hard-boiled eggs, and soak the bread in water.
Coarsely chop all the ingredients and pass through a meat grinder.
Mushrooms can be simply crushed with a knife. Whatever you like.
Add spices and crushed garlic, season forshmak with mayonnaise.
