Mushrooms, corn, onions fried to golden brown and cheese – and what else is needed for a delicious snack. Cooking such a hot dog will take a little longer, but the result is definitely worth it! When serving, decorate it with your favorite greens.
Ingredients
- Bun - 4 pieces
- Sausages - 4 pieces
- Champignons - 4 pieces
- Cheese - 80 g
- Mustard - 4 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 4 tsp.
- Corn - 4 art.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mushrooms into plates and lightly fry as desired. You can leave them raw.
Finely chop the onion, mix with flour and fry in a large amount of oil, as in deep-frying. It should be crispy.
Slice the buns, put the sausages in and sprinkle with cheese. You can put it in the oven or microwave for a couple of minutes so that the cheese melts.
Lay out the corn, onion and mushroom plates. Pour mustard with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
