There are dozens and hundreds of different mushroom dishes, but mushroom caviar remains my favorite. Including the fact that it can be presented and beaten in completely different ways. For example, it can be beautifully laid out in tartlets and presented at a home buffet.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 1 kg
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Tartlets - 2 packaging
Step-by-step cooking recipe
If you use wild mushrooms, first boil them for 20 minutes and dry them.
Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry until soft for 5-7 minutes.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry all together until the moisture evaporates.
Season the appetizer, add garlic, pass the caviar through a meat grinder and arrange on tartlets.
