The festive table will turn out more beautiful if you arrange the dishes according to the theme. For example, you can cook Christmas tartlets in the shape of a Christmas tree. Any filling will do. I used a popular combination of processed cheese, eggs and mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Processed cheese - 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - halfpuchka
- Star anise - 10 pieces
- Tartlets - 10 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the melted cheese and peeled eggs.
Add ground pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
Mix and fill the tartlets so that a high slide is formed.
Finely chop the dill.
Thickly sprinkle the egg-cheese mass with dill from all sides.
Place an asterisk of star anise on top of each slide.
