Ingredients
- Strawberries (lesnaya) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and sort the strawberries, chop with a blender and mix with sugar.
Bring the puree to a boil and boil for 7-8 minutes on low heat.
Add lemon juice and vanilla, and roll the wild strawberry jam into sterile jars.
