To serve a pickled snack to the table, it is not necessary to wait for winter. I want to share a recipe for crispy instant zucchini, which will be ready for use in 3 hours. So you can cook them in season at least every day!
Ingredients
- Young zucchini - 300 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dill - 10 g
- Bay leaf - 1 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar (9%) – 20 ml
- Sugar - 10 g
- Salt - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
For the marinade, combine vegetable oil and vinegar in a bowl, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, finely chopped dill and crushed garlic. Mix everything well. You do not need to add water to the marinade, since the zucchini will give enough juice.
Wash the zucchini, cut into thin circles or plates, place in the marinade, mix gently and send to the refrigerator. After 3 hours, pickled zucchini can already be served to the table.
