Such a casserole is good first of all by the simplicity of its preparation. A minimum of preparation, just a little patience – and the dish is completely ready. I prefer to use champignons with sausages, but other mushrooms will do.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 350 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Basil - 3 twigs
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Sausages - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
- Breadcrumbs - 1.5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta and season it with butter with spices and chopped basil.
Fry the mushrooms until golden. Separately fry the sausages until browned.
Mix everything together right in the baking dish and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Sprinkle crackers on top.
Cook the dish in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
