Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Carrots - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the potatoes and squeeze. Grate carrots and cheese there as well. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Beat eggs with sour cream and spices. Mix everything together.
Put the mass in a baking dish and send it to the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
