If you don't want to waste time on the stove, delicious millet porridge is obtained in a slow cooker. Especially if you cook it with milk and serve it with fresh fruits, berries and nuts. You can take milk of any fat content.

Ingredients

  • Millet - 180 g
  • Milk - 1 l
  • Butter - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - 1 pinch

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the millet and pour boiling water for 3 minutes.

Put it in a bowl with pieces of butter.

Add salt, sugar and pour all the milk.

Cook porridge in a slow cooker for 40 minutes in the "Porridge" or "Milk porridge" mode.
