Despite the impressive amount of ingredients, the classic paella according to this recipe is prepared quite simply. Follow my step-by-step recommendations to please the family for dinner with an unusually delicious dish of Spanish national cuisine.

- Chicken broth - 300 ml
- Chicken breasts - 1 pcs.
- Sausage (Chorizo type) – 200 g
- Sea fish (white) – 300 g
- Mussels - 400 g
- Squid - 300 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Onion - 1 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chili pepper - 1 pcs.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Wine (dry white) – 200 ml
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric - to taste
- Greenery - for decoration
- Lemon - for submission
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry finely chopped garlic in preheated olive oil.
Peel the onion, chop it finely, put it in a frying pan with garlic and fry until transparent.
Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel, cut into slices.
Send the prepared tomatoes and chili peppers cut into thin rings to the onion in the frying pan.
Wash the chicken fillet, cut into cubes, put in a frying pan, fry with vegetables for 5-10 minutes.
Cut sausage into circles, squid into rings, fish into small pieces. Fry with vegetables and chicken fillet, then add unpeeled shrimp and mussels. Simmer all together for 7-10 minutes over low heat.
Enter the rice, add salt to taste, add a little turmeric and paprika, mix. Pour in the broth and wine, mix well and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer the paella until the liquid boils completely.
Serve the finished paella to the table hot, garnished with chopped herbs and lemon slices.
