Dorado is a real godsend for all adherents of proper nutrition, a low–calorie diet and a Mediterranean diet. Today I will tell you how to cook this fish with juicy and fragrant vegetables. A great option for a family dinner, and for a festive feast. Just add some of your favorite greens before serving!

Clean and wash the fish, make cross-shaped incisions on the sides and rub it with spices.

Cut all the vegetables into approximately the same cube and put them in a mold.

Put the fish on top and sprinkle everything with a mixture of oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.

Bake the dorado in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and 15 minutes without it.
