Do you want to cook a delicious dish with meat? I suggest stewing turkey stew and vegetables. The recipe is so simple that even novice cooks will like it. Follow the sequence, follow the process and a delicious lunch is provided!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the turkey, dry it and cut it into small pieces.

Chop tomatoes, peeled onions and bell peppers.

Peel the garlic from the husk and lightly crush it with the handle of a knife.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the turkey until golden brown and transfer to the prepared cauldron.

Fry onions, bell peppers and tomatoes in the remaining oil. It takes 5-7 minutes for the vegetables to go slightly limp.

Add fried vegetables, garlic and black pepper to the cauldron with meat.

Pour in the hot broth, cover and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.

Remove the lid, add salt and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the stew with fragrant herbs.
