- Chokeberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - on the tip of the knife

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chokeberry thoroughly and place it in a deep saucepan.
Add water mixed with citric acid and leave for 10-12 hours.
Drain the black liquid into a separate saucepan and mix with the sugar.
Boil for 15 minutes, pour into clean dry bottles and roll up.
