Among all winter desserts, this recipe for raspberry jelly without gelatin is my favorite! It uses only fresh raspberries, sugar and starch. The result is very fragrant, with a rich taste, and most importantly – it does not contain artificial ingredients.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 350 g
- Water - 40 ml
- Sugar - 250 g
- Corn Starch - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the raspberries with sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Grind through a sieve if desired.
Dilute the starch in water, pour into the raspberries and boil for another 5 minutes, stirring.
Roll the jelly into sterile jars.
