Dogwood blanks are one of my favorite desserts for winter. Dogwood is a valuable source of vitamins and antioxidants, and its acidity and aroma make jam incredibly delicious. In addition, this is a very simple recipe that does not take much time and effort.
Ingredients
- Dogwood - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the dogwood with water, boil for 20 minutes and rub through a sieve.
Add sugar to the puree and bring it to a boil again.
Cook the jam for about 20 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterile jars for the winter.
