If you want to master the skill of French cuisine, learn how to cook bechamel sauce for meat. It should be homogeneous, moderately thick and with a velvety texture. This can be achieved by continuous mixing of the mass throughout the entire cooking process.

Ingredients

  • Milk (Bold) – 450 ml
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Parmesan - 50 g
  • Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Nutmeg (ground) – on the tip of the knife
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Pour into a saucepan with preheated oil and fry for 30-40 seconds.

Add flour and heat for another 1 minute, stirring continuously.

Pour in warm milk, add spices, salt and simmer for 5-7 minutes, without stopping stirring the sauce with a whisk.

Add grated parmesan, stir and remove from heat after 1 minute.
