Tkemali is one of my favorite sauces because it is very versatile and at the same time with a very bright taste. That's why I have a lot of recipes that I experiment with to suit my mood. Today I propose to cook tkemali from prunes.
Ingredients
- Prunes - 500 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Garlic - 30 g
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 10 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the prunes, cover with water, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Leave a quarter of the broth and chop it with a prune blender.
Rub the mass through a sieve.
Add more broth if necessary.
Add chopped garlic and spices.
Boil the tkemali for another 10 minutes.
