French cuisine is famous for its unique sauces. They combine different tastes and aromas in an original way. As a vivid example, I will give cherry sauce for meat. It is not difficult to cook it at home. I'm telling you a great recipe.

Ingredients

  • Cherry - 500 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Cinnamon - 1 piece
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 3 art.l.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the cherries from the seeds and put them in a saucepan.

Cover with sugar and put aside for 1 hour.

Put the pan on low heat and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Puree the mass with an immersion blender.

Add a stick of cinnamon, salt, ground pepper, garlic passed through the press.

Boil everything together for 10 minutes, remove the cinnamon and pour the cherry sauce into the prepared sauce pan.
