Ingredients

  • Currant - 500 g
  • Wine - 50 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 2 art.l.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Starch - 3 art.l.
  • Water - 150 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the currants, grind in a blender and rub through a sieve.

Mix berry puree with sugar, salt, butter and ground pepper. Boil for 3 minutes.

Add the wine and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Mix starch with cold water and pour a thin stream into the boiling sauce. Boil everything together for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
