Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Tabasco - 2 drops
- Ketchup - 4 tbsp.l .
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel garlic and onion, chop.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and stir. The mass should be caramelized.
Pour in the ground smoked paprika and continue cooking, stirring continuously.
Add salt, pepper, vinegar, ketchup, tabasco and Worcestershire sauces. Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened over very low heat.
