Ingredients
- Tomato paste - 100 g
- Hot red pepper - half-string
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Paprika -
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop hot pepper and peeled garlic in a blender.
Put the resulting mass on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 2 minutes.
Mix tomato paste with water, sugar and salt.
Pour into a frying pan, add paprika, ground pepper and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
