- Mustard - 3 tbsp.l.
- Grainy mustard - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Lemon - half
- Thyme - 1 twig
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix butter, honey and both types of mustard.
Add lemon juice, salt, ground coriander and mix well.
Lightly rub a sprig of thyme and add it to the sauce.
