Tkemali is perfectly combined with many dishes. It is often served with meat, poultry, fish or vegetables, and is also used as a sauce for all kinds of snacks. Today I propose to cook such an original variation in Abkhazian.
Ingredients
- Plums - 2 glasses
- Cilantro - 3 twigs
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Salt - 1 h.l.
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the plums with a small amount of water.
Boil until soft and rub through a sieve.
Add chopped garlic, chili and herbs.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Boil the tkemali for another 5 minutes.
