Sometimes on weekends I cook shawarma. As a result of numerous tests, it turned out that there is no way to do without a delicious sauce. I have a few favorites. Today I will tell you the recipe for garlic sauce for shawarma. Please note that it is prepared without salt.
Ingredients
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Greek yogurt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Cucumber pickle - 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cucumber brine, sour cream, lemon juice and yogurt.
Add spices and garlic passed through the press.
Stir, cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes.
