Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into thin plates.
Melt the butter in a deep saucepan.
Add flour and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and cool the mass to room temperature.
In small portions, gradually add warm cream, and then milk. Mix the mass until smooth each time.
Return the sauce to a low heat and warm up a couple of minutes. Do not bring to a boil!
Add ground nutmeg, sugar, salt and garlic. Stir and remove from heat.
