This salad will surprise you with an original range of flavors, amazing aroma and, of course, beauty. It is better to cook it in the strawberry season, when the berry is the most delicious and juicy. Serve it right away until the liver has had time to cool down.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Strawberries - 200 g
- Arugula - 100 g
- Spinach - 1 bundle
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken liver, peel off the white films and dry it.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the liver until tender. Season with salt and pepper before turning it off.
Arugula, spinach, tear into pieces with your hands.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
Mix chicken liver, strawberries, arugula and spinach.
Add salt, pepper and mix.
Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with soy sauce.
